Then, turn left and continue for 300 meters; you will find the project on the right.

Nice condo in Phuket town

Like other general condo, the project is located in the city center near QSI International School, so I can easily commute to work. The neighborhood is full of malls, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. On my day off, I usually ride a bike to Patong Beach, which is 15 minutes away, or other beaches nearby. The room is okay, and the bedroom is proportionally divided. There is a small kitchen for an easy meal and built-in furniture. I've got a fair rental price, but that depends on the room owner as well.

I had stayed here two years ago before I moved back home. This year, I decided to move back to Phuket again and chose to stay at the same place, but in phase 3. Everything is considered convenient near Tesco Lotus Extra Phuket, Central Festival Phuket, Bangkok Hospital Phuket, Chillva Market, and others, making life a lot easier. But I am struggling in the traffic jam a bit; it's typical for the downtown location. The project is beautiful and decorated very nicely. There is a restaurant in the project at an affordable price. There is a swimming pool and a gym too. I don't need to worry about safety because there is staff in charge all the time. The room we rented is on the 6th floor. It's a one-bedroom unit with furniture, but there is no pan and kitchen equipment. I have to buy them myself. But it's not a big deal. Overall, it's suitable, and the rent is not very expensive.
