Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Thao Thep Kasattri Monument, heading on Si Sunthon Road (Highway 4025), and go straight along the route for about 7 kilometers. Turn right on Ban Don-Cherngtalay at the junction in front of the Cherngtalay Police Station. Go straight for 300 meters, turn left into Soi Boat Avenue 1, and go straight for only 800 meters. You will see the project on the left-hand side.

Stayed here with my family for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom number. My wife was pleased with the size of the room. It is much bigger than what you can find for the same price in this location. Kids were happy to have their own room and even a jacuzzi on the balcony-terrace, where they played most of the time. The infrastructure of the area is great. Bangtao beach is in 20 minutes walking distance or a 5 minutes ride on a minibus from Laguna gates. Boat Avenue, where we ate almost every day, is in 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel was not new, but it is very well kept. The family was happy, and I could not hoped for more

The condo is not far from the shopping center, just 10 minutes from Boat Avenue, where many restaurants. In addition, the project has quite a lot of facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness room, and a large lobby area. Sometimes the common areas are noisy because there are many daily guests. My room is on the 4th floor, well-ventilated and fully equipped with furniture. The decorations are simple, not noticeable, and the service staff is adequate. Overall, it's worth the price paid.
