A luxurious condo with great value for the future
A new condominium project under construction from AP Thailand company. Amazing facilities designed which the pool is set on the 44th floor, the highest floor that comes with a gym, overlooking a wonderful scenery while exercising and swimming. The location is also easily accessible, 11 meters close to Ha Yaek Lad Phrao BTS and far from Phahon Yothin MRT, only 600 meters. After viewing the project, the project entrance will be only the problem because it's too narrow. However, it won't bother people who don't own cars. I think it will give the best yield in the future.
A dream for my adventurous life
I decided to reserve this project because of its interesting concept. I have never met any project providing such an extensive range of facilities and activities before. They will help me spending quality time in the condo without boredom, such as rock climbing and swimming pools. The activities just fulfill my adventurous spirit. It’s in the perfect location adjacent to the main road, and near BTS and MRT, which is very convenient to get to work. Another feature that I like the most is the large green area of the project, which relieves my stress from living in the big city, and the project has a private road itself. So far, I’m checking on the project’s progress, and I will keep you updated once I know more.

GREAT LOCATION! Fantastic design, near Phahon Yothin MRT and Ha Yaek Lad Phrao BTS. Surrounded by greenery spaces and many facilities. Also, common areas are fascinating because they provide three swimming pools with a serenity view of Bangkok. Besides, we can decorate the room depending on our styles as it is a new layout. That's so awesome!
Waiting for the condo to finish, will return to visit again
It is an interesting project, close to amenities, Easy transportation, convenient, close to 2 Skytrain stations: Phahon Yothin MRT station, and Ha Yaek Lat Phrao Station. The design is modern, luxurious, and attractive because the concept is to harmonized nature to the project nicely. There are many types of trees planted. There is also a large garden, which is covered an area of approximately 2 Rai. Moreover, there is a swimming pool connected to the roof garden as if living with real nature as well.
The condos here are suitable for urban lifestyles
I have plans to move to do business in Thailand next year and intend to have a condo in the city center. The journey must be easy and convenient until I met the Life Ladprao Valley project. I had reserved it since the Pre-Sale of August 2018. It is a one-bedroom unit and a balcony with a panoramic view. I think the condos here are suitable for urban lifestyles and blend in perfectly with nature from information and pictures. Sky gardens and tropical plants are growing very interesting. The design of the rooms and common areas is completely perfect. Including the large swimming pool at the roof and close to many department stores, I looked at many projects nearby. But I think that there is something more interesting here with the features that come with incredible innovations. I love it and hope to see the real thing soon.
