The only freehold project in Ratchadamri area

It is situated in a central location of CBD suitable for city living. It is also comfortable traveling everywhere because it is close to Ratchadamri BTS station, which is only 300 meters from the project. Besides, it is close to the business and shopping centers, such as Central World and Siam Paragon. The project has good scenery and surroundings. Get a view of the city and green spaces from Lumpini Park and the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. The important thing is that this project is a freehold condominium, but other projects are leasehold condominium. It is a relatively large room area with a panoramic view from the outside for the room details. The room can still receive natural light as well. The ceiling is 3 meters high, and the built-in lockers are high from the floor to the ceiling. Therefore, there is much storage. Moreover, the Low-E glass of the windows can block noise and heat from the outside. The most important thing is that I like in the bathroom so much because there is a glass cabinet that is a lot of storage, suitable for girls. Furthermore, the balcony is spacious. It can be a quiet retreat place in the evenings chilling with the family to avoid the chaos from outside. Staying here doesn't have to worry about parking because there is a private parking space for every unit. Also, here is an excellent safety system that controls the residents' security from the key card. This project is very interesting both in terms of investment and for living. It can make a profit for sure in the business area. Currently, there are probably only a few freehold projects in this area, even though buying this condo is also comfortable.
