    The common area maintenance fee is ฿40 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿6,120 for this condo.     It is the best place to stay in Cha-Am

    It is the best place to stay in Cha-Am, and I would recommend it to anyone. The condo is located directly on the beach. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet, and private. The staff is also extremely attentive and welcoming. There is a kid's pool as well as an adult pool. My room is a 2-bedroom unit with pool access and is fully furnished. My kid likes it very much! It's also close to the center of Cha Am Beach. There are numerous restaurants nearby. I recommend it for families!
