My pool villa for renting out

I bought this pool villa two years ago for renting out. I consider it a very worthwhile investment because there are always bookings, especially from December to March. Plus, regular customers always come back. They love that the project was right next to Bang Makham beach. The common facilities are also complete. My villa is spacious, suitable for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with modern and quality furniture. Overall, customers are happy about everything.
Thai style villa looks old but beautiful.

The villas are peaceful and serene because there are a small number of units. Therefore, it is non-crowded. My family and I always visit here every year, and the staff took great care of us. The location is close to the beach and not far from Nathon Pier. The villa we live in is a 3 bedroom unit, fully furnished. Although the building is quite old, it is still beautiful and strong. There is a swimming pool and a patio, which can see the sea view in a wonderful way. The environment here is quite hot and humid at times. Besides, during the rainy season, there will be more insects than usual !!

I just came back from a long vacation in Koh Samui in Thailand with my family. As we have 7 members, so we had to find a house which is spacious for everyone. Fortunately, I found the place which is large, stylish, and fully-furnished. Also, there are electric applicants provided, including refrigerator, microwave, TV, and coffee machine. I would say that staying here feels like home. By the way, I think a private pool is way too small. If you want the larger one, I would recommend you use the pool in the common area. The location of this place is excellent. It takes only a few steps to the beach, and also it's not that crowded. You will sleep like a baby. Here it is far from the city center, though. It's not a big deal if you rent a car. From the accommodation to Chaweng Beach, it is about half an hour. There are many restaurants and pubs around that area. I'd recommend Fisherman's Village and The Wharf, which is a little closer. It takes only 20 mins driving. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They recommend interesting places, and also arrange a rental car for us. So far, it's been one of my unforgettable trips.

My family and I had a private vacation. This villa is close to the beach, and there is a private walkway to the beach for the residents, which is convenient. The villa I rented is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also various in-villa facilities. Besides, the project provides a full set of kitchen equipment, easily cooking meals. I love the atmosphere and the design style here. Everything looks beautiful and perfect. The villa area is private, allowing me to have a good relaxation.

It is a beachfront villa in Thai style, with both villa design and decorations. It focuses on the use of wood materials, giving a very Thai scent. It is a good and private atmosphere, suitable for relaxing with family on holidays. There are up to 3 bedrooms with a spacious interior. There is a private pool and a very chill poolside relaxation area, only 4 kilometers from Nathon Pier.
