it's interesting to invest in bangkok. the project is located in a great location. it is very convenient and prosperous in the area. close to sam yan mrt and chamchuri square. the neighborhood of the project has famous department stores, universities and temples as well. the project also emphasizes convenient living for the residents. there are common areas such as a swimming pool, reception, and car park available. there are 1-2 bedrooms available. the interior is partially furnished, but the security team is quite strict. it seems to be easy to rent out as well.

i've been following up on the news of this project, which should be completed next year. the location is excellent, close to chulalongkorn university that i am studying. so it can get there in less than 20 minutes. this project design is suitable for students like me. there is a co-working space where i can conveniently study online. i also like the saltwater swimming pool on the rooftop with the chao phraya river view. i can relieve the stress after studying hard. the room i am interested in is a one-bedroom, the price is not too high. the room size is large enough to stay alone. i won't feel cramped. besides, the room is well decorated with built-in furniture. i will check my room if i have time.

even though the project is not yet completed, it's considered the most magnificent condo in this area. i have considered investing for a while and think this place well-matched because it is convenient to travel to. it has 1-2 bedrooms and offers a full range of facilities. i think it's worth it, and i have to wait to see how much will be reserved here...

this condo matches chulalongkorn university students as it's easily accessible to the university. even going to other places is also convenient because it is close to silom mrt. the location makes everyday life convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants. the room is also fully furnished, but the 1 bedroom unit is quite small, ideal for couples. if staying more than 2 people, it's uncomfortable. besides, the common area also meets my needs as there is a place for reading books and doing activities with friends. in general, it suits university students as the price is not high and renting it out is also worthwhile.

the condo is located in the city center, comprising an infinity pool, overlooking 360 degrees of the bangkok city view, which is very beautiful compared to other condos. in the same building as the communal pool, there is a fitness room and a library. in the lobby area part, receptionists always take good care of the residents well. there is also a guard who takes care of the car parking. buying personal belongings is also not that difficult to stay here, and you don't have to go out too far because there is a convenient store, small care, and a corner to relax comfortably on the ground floor. personally, this place serves many of our needs and is not disappointed at all to buy here.

the condo is located close to chulalongkorn university, surrounded by various amenities and many shopping malls in this neighborhood, whether siam paragon or mbk shopping center. i only take about 2 kilometers to walk. the condo here is a new condominium project. the most important thing is that it is incredibly convenient to travel; whether traveling by mrt or bts, it is easy. it is recommended to use public transports while staying here because it is more convenient. if you have a car, there are also enough car parking spaces. the common area comprises a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna. i think it's a wide range of facilities and good. the room is also comfortably designed for 1-2 people. overall, i think when i calculate all my expenses while staying here, it's worth it so much.

the condo is located in the silom area close to rama iv main road. there are facilities around, including skytrain, hospitals, shopping malls, lumpini park. sam yan mrt is very close to the project, just a 3-minute by foot, easy to travel. the 2-bedroom unit i bought was the right size and had good built-in furniture with a beautiful city view. it is a room i will buy for an investment because it's in a desirable business location.

a luxury condo in the heart of the city that completes everything. it is a quality condo located in a great location. i love to stay at ashton chula-silom as it is close to tourist attractions or all nearby amenities such as close to sam yan mrt only a minute, and restaurants along with the shops that are easily accessible. it is not only convenient for the surrounding project, but the project site is also complete, comprising an ozone swimming pool with international standards, a fully-equipped fitness center, and a reception hall with lovely staff who are always there to help a perfect life without any worries and connect everywhere.

i'm very impressed to stay at the condo, designed the interior in modern classic style in a dark color tone. the common area can be called extremely spectacular. it's like staying in a 5-star hotel every day. the front desk staff are very helpful. the swimming pool is an ozone system, and there is an onsen bath for health that meets health lovers' needs. it also offers a 180-degree view of the city, and everything is designed to take into account the residents' quality of life. i think it suits investment and living in a city.
