this building is expensive for the age and location being a long way from the train. there is no boat service and you need a car. it is not that well maintained given the age and the pet policy is very slack. i had a problem with yappy dogs and airbnb trash staying against the law. it is overpriced compared to other second hand building nearby.

i lived here for 5 years and enjoyed the space, peace and tranquillity. maintenance was always on hand to change a light bulb or fix bathrooms and the pool area is superb. the apartments are spacious and i had a balcony that was great for sitting out on for a coffee or glass of wine in the evening. the management fee is also very reasonable compared to newer blocks. highly recommend.

the apartments with balconies overlooking the river on the quiet side are the ones to go for. avoid the ones on the other side. high quality materials were used in this building and is it quiet, peaceful and really convenient for everything on this side of the river with icon siam, villa supermarket, loads of shops and a ferry boat and bts station. great river views. owned for three years here. only gripe i have is with owners who illegally rent on airbnb but they are reported and fined by management when caught.

undoubtedly, the best views in bangkok, particularly on the north side of the building, and with the refreshing and cooling river breezes. the building offers exceptional value, as well as large, secure and solid construction. the rooms are very spacious. larger than the vast majority on offer. the maintenance and services are as good as any you will find in bangkok and there is a community feel to the building. it has its own boat service and is easy walking distance to the gold line as well as icon siam.

i went to see the sample unit of this project, and i extremely loved it. there are many types of units, ranging from studios to 4 bedroom units, and every unit sold comes fully furnished. the design and decoration are outstanding, and the size is also spacious. the size of studio rooms starts at 29 square meters. the project is considered fully equipped and stuffed with facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, meeting room, work area, rooftop lounge, etc. moreover, the location is also convenient, right on the main road, making it easy to travel, despite there may be some traffic sometimes. however, the project is located in the middle of various amenities, such as icon siam, tha din daeng market, and plenty of famous restaurants, making it worthwhile for investment, whether for rent or resale.

it is a beautiful and luxurious project located on the banks of the chao phraya river. shuttle boat service is available for the residents to the attraction places along the river or the pier. it is very pleasant because it is near icon siam. also, it has a 24 hours security system, doorman, and concierge service, which is really deserved for banyantree. recommended!!!

never thought i'd enjoy living in a condominium, but since i moved into watermark everything turned out great. the facilities are more than i could expect (i.e. basketball court, tennis court, 3 swimming pools, gym, yoga room and more). there have been maintenance issues in terms of the lifts not being able to function at times. but the best part is the view of the chao phraya river and beyond that the city. plus, it's pet-friendly!

this is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. security and management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose

i used to stay at baan chao praya with a friend the first year i arrive in thailand, i really enjoyed the 2 swimingpools facing the river. my unit got a view that i would never forget, facing half temples half the river, that was super nice. the unit was large enought compare to others places that i have seen - for an old condo the maintenance and quality is great. good river front residence with good value for the money. used the schuttle boat every day to reach the bts station.

just 5 min away from iconsiam and many other riverfront attractions, this low density project offers true privacy for buyers who like the finer things in life. each unit faces to the river side and has an elevated ceiling height. private elevators, concierge services and top nodge facilities. only minus point is the soi entrance towards the project which unfortunately is not in the developers control
