the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff.
the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy).
because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon.
most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

the top priority here is excellent cleanliness. every day, the common areas around the swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are cleaned, and the overall condition here is still perfect for those who seek peace and solitude because there aren't many units. the room is quite large, and all the furniture is decorated. however, due to the thinness of the walls in this material, sometimes i can hear the sound of the next room. the staff here are also friendly and helpful. besides, i like the project's location as it is surrounded by well-known tourist attractions. you can also easily travel to other areas in chiang mai.

this project is "unique". you can tell from the location. you are next to doi suthep with garden and mountain view from your room. it is very different from the typical condominium. it is located at the footstep of doi suthep, away from the noisy street, however, it is only 10 minutes from nimmarn road.
the finishing and the construction materials are different. they used floor tile and have a soundproof block between each of the room to make sure that you have your privacy undisturbed at night.
the condo is ready to move in. the price includes all the built-in and some electrical appliances so you don't need to waste your time decorating and buying stuff. plus, the staff here is super friendly and eager to help you as much as possible.

it is a cozy condo with a quiet atmosphere and is suitable for relaxation. from the room, it overlooks the beautiful doi suthep view. just open the balcony to let in the morning breeze and the fresh air. there is a common area for the residents to use, such as a swimming pool, gym, garden, sauna, and ample parking. the building design is also unique, designed every room is not facing each other, which i think is very good for people who love privacy. besides, there are not many people living here, and most of the residents are foreigners. in addition, the location is the best, not as bustling as chiang mai city, which takes only 5 minutes there if the traffic is not jammed. excellent!

my girlfriend and i rent a 2-bedroom unit in this condo. the room comes with full furniture and some electrical appliances. plus, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. the swimming pool is huge and clean. as for the location, it is convenient since it is close to hospitals, universities, and leading department stores such as maya lifestyle shopping center and central department stores. most importantly, it's close to lanna golf course, a golf course that i'm a member of. overall i’ve made the right decision to rent this room.

the environment here is clean and tidy. the staff is ready to assist and provide good advice. you can rent here on a daily or monthly basis. the food at the restaurant is delicious, but the parking lot, which is quite small, may not be suitable for people who have a car. however, it meets the needs of both family and friends looking for a place to relax or travel at a reasonable price. the surroundings are also not desolate. there are many hotels and apartments to select from. in addition, the hotel is close to chiang mai zoo and chiang mai university.

it is one of supalai's excellent standard projects, featuring a 2-story single house with a large living area. there are five different types of houses to choose from, and i chose a three-bedroom house with high-quality and beautiful furniture. there are complete facilities for the common area, including a clubhouse and a gym. notably, the location is close to kad farang hang dong, makro hang dong, and hang dong hospital, making my life easier. and now i'm counting down the days until the house is completed so i can move in.

i went to view the showroom for this project. although the interior is simple, it stands out at the same time. there are also 6 types of rooms available. the common area has a swimming pool and a fitness center. besides, the setting is situated in the heart of mueang chiang mai, with easy access to amenities, such as shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and famous department stores like maya lifestyle shopping center and chiang mai university. however, the studio room is relatively small, so i decided to make a contract to reserve 1 bedroom because the usable area is slightly wider than the studio room.

i am a foreigner, but i am married to a chiang mai girl, and i had to relocate to chiang mai permanently. at first, i was looking for a house in the chang phuak area. after inspecting it, i found the terra da luz, a detached home that is the perfect size for my family. this house meets my needs and my wife the most. the house is spacious, and some areas are airy and comfortable. besides, this house is styled in a modern style which is suitable for the project atmosphere. it is also decorated with quality furniture and perfectly allocated, making it a perfect look. this house has a 3-bedroom which is the perfect size for a small family like my family. the project is located not far from the main road with convenient transportation and close to many shops, restaurants, or tourist attractions. overall, it is considered okay, especially since the neighbors are nice and friendly.

the village has a very modern and unique design. i am interested in a house type called grand sapphire which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the house is beautiful, outstanding, and every room in the house is connected, so i can have a pool view from every bedroom as it's in the middle of the house. it makes me feel like living in a good resort. the neighborhood is quiet. traveling to maya shopping mall takes about 7-10 minutes only.
