the new project is located in the city's heart, close to chiang mai international airport, central chiangmai, robinson chiang mai, and famous restaurants. you can travel around chiang mai using a road around chiang mai city moat, hang dong road, and ring road. the house is of good quality, worth the price, and has privacy. plus, the security system is excellent. security guards are patrolling throughout the day. unfortunately, parking spaces are not enough.

the location of the project is quiet and private. the entrance to the project is noticeable and close to theppanya hospital. this neighborhood is well-supplied because it is in the heart of the city. there are many thai and international restaurants. it's very convenient to travel around. all amenities are nearby, about a 5-minute drive to central chiangmai, a comprehensive shopping center with shops, restaurants, banks, etc.

the "trio" condominium is well known as a super convenient location on huay kaew road. it has a very clean pool with an awesome view of doi suthep mountain, a gym and sauna/steam room plus 3 floors of parking and 24-hour security and a very helpful office and maintenance staff.
the rooms are multi-sized from studios through to 2 bedrooms + lounge rooms etc. all have generous balconies that take advantage of the location and view. built with high ceilings and solid thick walls (for strength and privacy).
because it's close to the mountain, the trio condo building itself is always a few degrees cooler all year round; which helps as it looks west; with a nice sunset each afternoon.
most people who rent end up staying a long time or buying.

the project is small, with a limited number of units. there is no overcrowding among the residents. each house is surrounded by a fence and has a 24-hour security system to ensure your safety. the project's location is excellent, as it is close to chiang mai international airport and chiang mai university, making it easy to find affordable food. i'm very impressed!

the condo atmosphere is excellent. the room is beautiful and very spacious as well. it is comfortable and has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, car parks, and a strict security system. the location is excellent, next to the sompoch chiang mai 700 pi road, opposite lotus ruamchok, and is only a 3-minute drive from central chiangmai department store. it's called as you can go to a single place that includes restaurants, shopping, and banks.

the design of this house is my type. it is cozy and lovely because i am a big fan of japanese culture. i had the opportunity to visit their showroom. it is fantastic. the townhouse has three bedrooms. it is a perfect size for my family. most furniture is made of wood, is really strong, and looks minimal. the house is very well designed, and gets the sun and wind all through the day. very satisfying! excellent location, close to the city and numerous famous restaurants. moreover, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to chiang mai international airport. it is the best place. i do not know where there is a better place than here!!!

the condo is very quiet and private. there is a fitness center, a swimming pool, and parking spaces for those who live in the project. the staff here are nice, friendly, and helpful. the project location is excellent, located near chiang mai university, surrounded by a local community. there are a lot of restaurants, and the famous nimman area is just a few minutes' drives away.

the rental rates here are reasonable. the interior is also fully equipped, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. most importantly, the space remains quite large. there is also a swimming pool, a gym, and parking spaces in the common area. overall, it's spotless because it is available on a daily and monthly rental basis. also, most of the tenants staying are thais. plus, there are numerous shops and restaurants to choose from in this neighborhood. if you don't want to stay in the city, here's another attractive option.

i bought this condo as a vacation home for my parents because it has an excellent location and is surrounded by various amenities such as a hospital, shops, and restaurants. it could be their relaxing place. i have had the opportunity to see the showroom. the room is quite spacious and is decorated with some furniture such as a bed, a cabinet, a closet, etc. most importantly, you can control the electrical system through the mobile app. i can also see the ping river from my room. there are many common facilities as well, so you will not get bored. another thing that i like about this project is they focus on wellness and healthcare, which is excellent for the elderly.
