condor is a comfortable family resort; it's quiet and safe. clean pools, friendly staff, and pets are not allowed on the property. the parking lot is very large, so there's plenty of room for everyone during peak season. the area is convenient for walking with children and a stroller. restaurants and cafes are nearby, and across the road is a very convenient beach with trees. we swim there, and our family really likes it; we don't have to go anywhere.

amazing, stylish, comfortable, clean, the village is guarded, everything is perfect. large comfortable beds, there is a bathroom, which is a huge rarity. large beautiful pool, well-kept garden area

the best property in south of phuket.
i found only 1 minus for me - no gym inside.
good location, you could also find the newly renovated apartments in phase 1.
do not recommend to rend flats with the kitchen with no window.

i have been staying at namphung phuket for several months already and i have to say that i am glad that decided to stay here. tesco lotus, grocery is less than 5 min walk as long as a gym, laguna rawai, sauna and spa, bakery, fish restaurants etc......everything close by. the place has been recently being renovated and you can relax and unwind in their gardens. they have hammocks, swings and even a waterfall with fishes inside. the staff are very helpful and polite. i will be staying here for long and i do really love my duplex apartment as it is ideal for a couple like us. i could not afford a villa but if i could definitely i would be going for it. it is a pity that they have not yet finished their photo/videoshoot to showcase what a wonderful place is. a visit will definitely convince you.

an excellent place for relaxing!!! this house has a lovely atmosphere. in addition, the house comes with a private swimming pool that can quickly jump in from the bedroom. every morning, i enjoyed myself there. there are spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a modern design. the kitchen and living room are perfectly connected. the atmosphere outside is surrounded by green nature, and the project is located in a perfect location, close to naiharn beach, local restaurants, and local shops in 5 minutes driving. it is a worthwhile place.

i had the opportunity to stay here during the songkran festival. this new villa is beautiful and clean with 2 bedrooms and a private swimming pool. in the kitchen, they prepared all basic kitchen equipment, very suitable for a party and to relax with family. the surrounding atmosphere is livable, quiet, and close to various tourist attractions like rawai beach, nai harn beach, and promthep cape in only a few minute's drive. there is also a rawai seafood market that is only 5 minutes away. there, we can buy fresh seafood, or whatever you want at a reasonable price. unfortunately, covid 19 is spreading now; otherwise, the road along rawai beach would be busier by tourists. the area is just quiet and peaceful, which is quite rare. i like it!
