bts is very close and taking a taxi is also very convenient. the property in the community has just been replaced with a new one, and the swimming pool is much cleaner, but it would be great if the sewage odor could be dealt with! it would be nice if the odor in the men's and women's bathrooms in the public area of building b could be cleaned up, but it is still very comfortable to live here. the oversized swimming pool makes people yearn for it. i like it here very much.

large units very competitively priced ideal for families and pet owners. huge common area including two synthetic grass tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, a playground and playroom for kids…very low cam fee at 40 bahts per sqm. fantastic location on sukhumvit 24 close to emporium, emquartier, k village, benjasiri park, phrom phong bts station and emsphere (scheduled for completion end of 2023). i purchased a condo there less than two years ago and transformed it into a 3bed, 4 bathrooms, 1 home office, 1 service room +storage. several renovation projects have been completed since and more are under way. a far better investment for the future than buying an overpriced condo in a new project.

the location is ideal for living & working in bangkok. the building has everything including 7/11 and more retail. the juristic management do a great job at keeping the building looking good. i lived in a couple of different units over 4 years in the building and have been recommending to anyone looking for a condo that provides the best bangkok offers.

i feel very lucky that i bought a 2-bedroom condo in this project 30 years ago because nowadays it would be difficult to find a larger room than this in a central location. besides, my condo has always been fully rented since it was released. most of my customers usually stay long-term as one of my customers who has been living here for 5-year. most of my customers love the project surroundings so that they can walk to the emporium and phrom phong bts at a distance of only 350 meters. in the common area, it offers complete facilities, although it's not as luxurious and modern as the newly built condos today. for anyone looking for a room with ample living space, i recommend it here. ps. my room is not available. i have a long-term reservation contract.

a beautiful condo by sansiri standard. the design and decoration is contemporary with well-selected durable furniture. the facilities are fascinating such as a swimming pool, fitness, theater with high privacy, and a rooftop viewpoint of bangkok's city view. every corner of the project was decorated perfectly. excellent location near rama 4 road and 700 meters for big c rama 4. the security guards are excellent and very polite.

the new high-rise condo in soi ari near sukhumvit road and phrom phong bts is beautifully designed. rooms range from 1-3 bedrooms with a full-frame glass, giving a full view of the city. the luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, a spa, a sauna, and are very elegant and beautiful! i am waiting for it to finish, soon you will visit the site for an update!

only 5 minutes walk to phrom phong bts. the condo decoration is luxurious and is a 37-story high-rise condo, expected to be completed soon. i love the project location because it's easy to travel. if using a private car, you can travel on rama 4 road and sukhumvit road, which is sometimes you will get stuck in traffic and crowded. however, the project site is tranquil and private. there is a seating area around and it is very shady !!

the pleasant shady atmosphere and decorated with a beautiful green garden, infinity pool with a city view, allowing you to relax fully. besides, this place also has a lot of parking. the room i bought is a 2-bedroom unit with a spacious living area and fully furnished. it's near phrom phong bts and the emquartier with less than 10 minutes walk. it is very comfortable to live in.
