i visited the show unit 2 weeks ago. it's an elegantly decorated 2-bedroom unit. the living area is spacious and perfectly divided into different zones. also, there are various project facilities such as a swimming pool, a yoga room, a fitness room, a sauna and many more. besides, the project is conveniently located near shopping centers, schools, and hospitals such as major cineplex sukhumvit, st. andrews international school bangkok, kluaynamthai hospital, etc.

i'm a doctor at kluaynamthai hospital. i'm looking for a condo for sale in this area because my home is a long distance from my workplace, so i want to buy a condo to live in during working days. i had the opportunity to see the room. i like a 2 bedroom condo because i want to separate another room for the dressing room, and each room is fully furnished, which is ready to move in. the thing that i am really impressed with is the project's facilities as it is comprehensive, including a swimming pool, yoga room, sauna, library, meeting room, and 24 hr. security system. furthermore, this condo is only 350 meters from my workplace, so i can easily walk there. it is also close to a range of amenities, such as shopping malls, hospitals, schools, universities, and bts station. i have many reasons why i did not hesitate to buy this condo.

less than 5mins walk to bts, very convenient location with everything walking distance near by (schools, shops, restaurants, bars, fresh market etc). office staff have consistently been good over the time i've lived here, security always friendly and welcoming. maintained very well, condo is always keeping things maintained and looking good. 2 level car park can always find a space. large swimming pool, small basic gym. great value for money as rooms as good size (1bed 49m2, 2bed 69m2).

the project is located on rama iv road with a great potential location. there are plenty of shopping malls, hospitals, shops, and restaurants. the phra khanong bts station is only 140 meters away, a few minutes away. the project has only 1-2 bedrooms to choose from, which is suitable for those who live only 1-2 because the room is not very big, but the various facilities provided can cover the residents' needs very well. it is large and beautiful. plus, on the 29th floor, there is also a stunning view of the chao phraya river.

the project is situated in a potential location opposite the seacon bang khae and phasi charoen mrt, which is a few meters away. the project has a number of facilities that are decorated in a luxury design, including a swimming pool, large garden area, fitness center, and library. there are many different room types, ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms, that are well ventilated and also offer all functions completely. the view from the balcony is awesome. there are city lights at night, which are stunning and impressive. compared to neighboring condos in the same area, the price per square meter is quite high, but i can assure you that it is worth the investment!

the esse has a great location right at the bts stop and probably the beat facilities i've ever seen in terms of pool, gym, amazing spa/sauna area, private cinema room, private dining rooms. apartment very comfortably funished, the 2nd bedroom soubles as an office thanks to the cool fold-against-the-wall bed system.

the condo project here is stunning, modern, and luxurious. a unit is a one-bedroom unit that is both spacious and well-allocated. there is a kitchen corner, living area, a bedroom, and a large bathroom. the room's owner also decorated it in a lovely, minimal style, which i love. what i enjoy the most are the common areas, which include a swimming pool, a library, a lounge, and a garden. it is where i spend part of my free time. during the wfh period, this was a fantastic time because there is a large space with various activities to choose from. most importantly, the location of this project is perfect because it is easily accessible from many routes. it's near thonglor bts and opposite to thonglor road, which is the most convenient area in bangkok again. i really like it.

i had the opportunity to visit the project room here. i was very impressed from the first time. it is a brand new project that has just been completed in late 2020. the interior is beautiful, blended between luxury and modernity. it also emphasizes the design that has japanese to attract the investors and japanese residents in this area. emphasize green areas, wood and stone materials, which look calm and shady. it is also managed by a famous hotel brand, in which residents will receive the best service as 5-star hotels. in addition, the location here is superb. it is only 200 meters from gateway ekamai shopping mall and next to ekkamai bts, very convenient to travel. this place should be able to meet foreigners' needs very well.

it’s an interesting condominium project. every unit of the condo is fully fitted, and it comes with a modern design. there are four types of rooms to choose from, start from studios to 2 bedrooms. i would say that the highlight of this project is the complete facilities like 24h gym, swimming pool with aqua exercise equipment, four elevators, sky bar with an incredible city view, large garden, and three units of shops. plus, the project is close to famous department stores such as the emporium and emquartier. it takes only 5 minutes to walk to phra khanong bts. overall, this condo meets the needs of urban living perfectly, highly recommended.

i had an opportunity to rent this condo for 1 month. the room that i stayed in is a 2 bedroom unit. the room is decorated with very modern furniture and clean. the proportions of the rooms are excellent, equipped with many amenities. my room smells good from aromatherapy essential oils, too; it is so fantastic! in addition, the project also has various facilities such as a pool, a garden, and a large common area. this place also has a relaxing atmosphere. the reception staff is friendly. recommend to anyone who likes travel and wants to stay in the best location because this condo is close to ekkamai bts, which is only 350 away, very convenient, and meets city living needs. perfect!
