it hasn’t been a year yet since i bought this condo. i bought the penthouse which has a very spacious area, and the furniture they selected is beautiful. it perfectly fits. also, the project has offered many facilities in a communal area, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and so on. i’d say that this condo is perfect for my lifestyle because it is in the city center, easy to travel anywhere as being adjacent to nana bts, and close to terminal 21, nana square, and foodland supermarket.

i plan to buy a condo in the next couple of years because i have to move to bangkok for work. so, i want to buy a condo to live in. in case my parents come to visit, they can stay with me. recently, i have visited this condo project. i liked it so much, whether the room layout, the design, the decoration, the furniture, or various common areas, such as a fully equipped fitness room, swimming pool, clubhouse, library, jacuzzi and more. plus, the area around the project is filled with lots of amenities, including shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and other department stores such as robinson department store sukhumvit, the emporium, central world, sukumvit hospital, camillian hospital, praram 9 hospital, sacred heart convent school, sai nam peung school, singfah school, etc. most importantly, it is located not far from my workplace.

the project is located in a good area close to the community and surrounded by many amenities such as central bangna, hospitals, schools, restaurants and convenience stores. it is only 2.5 kilometers from asok bts station. there are also buses, motorbike taxis and taxis available in this area, making a living in bangkok easy. the project has 4 types of rooms ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom units. the room i rented is a one-bedroom unit, spacious and fully furnished. the project also has many facilities, such as the swimming pool, the parking lot, and a 24-hour security system.

the highlight of this condo is the location that takes only a few mins to khlong toei mrt, making life in bangkok a lot easier for people who need to travel by mrt like me. besides, around the project, there are markets, convenience stores. as for the units, there is quite a variety to choose from. my room is a 1-bedroom unit, about 35 sq.m, which is a decent size. there is a large common area with everything you need like a fitness center, swimming pool, and garden. for the fact that it is on a high floor, it adds value to the condo perfectly.

if you don't like to use public transport, the project here definitely meets your requirements because it has automatic and ordinary parking. it comprises 2 buildings, which are extremely spacious and comes with premium-grade materials and decoration. even though it was recently completed, there were many residents, and most of them are foreigners. this condo is near my office, where i can walk for about 10-15 minutes. you can also connect to various places in bangkok easily by asoke bts and sukhumvit mrt, for a 10-minute walk and close terminal 21 shopping center. the condo facilities include a swimming pool, sky-bar, a conference room, and a fully equipped gym.

after speaking with a fazwaz sales representative, the staff gave in-depth information about the project. it made me realize that this project is interesting, whether in terms of location. it is in bangkok, and on the opposite side is the shady benjakitti park; it would help relax on a tiring day from work, although it is caught in traffic. but, it's not a problem as we can walk a little bit to reach the bts station. plus, it is located near terminal 21 as well, very convenient. the room that i am interested in is a 1 bedroom room, but the 2nd 1-bedroom type is a bit wider than the normal one bedroom room. besides, the bathroom can be accessed in 2 ways. another thing i like is that all facilities are placed on the high floor of the building, which adds value to the project as well. after thinking to buy it or not for several days, i have now decided to buy it because i think i can sell or rent it out easily in the future.

i am very interested in this project and believe that the project will have a great view. apart from a good location, the project is located near benjakitti park. convenient travel. the atmosphere is inviting to live in and highly private. the one-bedroom unit is suitable for living alone as the room may not be large. the room space is well allocated. there are a lot of facilities in a common area such as the meeting room, a swimming pool, and a reception. the parking lot is ample. now the project is almost finished. i'm so excited.

the one-bedroom units here are luxurious and beautiful, which uses marble to decorate the floor and bathroom. space is divided into the right proportions. as for the furniture, each item is well built-in. the common area of this place is planted with very shady trees. the project is located in soi sukhumvit 10, where you can find many shops and restaurants around, near asoke bts as well.

it is another project in an ideal location in the thonglor-ekamai area. even though the project is in the city, the atmosphere is so calm and quiet. more importantly, it isn’t far from the ekamai bts station, making it easy to travel. the room i stayed in is a 1-bedroom room with average size. there are complete facilities. i think that it is worth the money i’ve paid.

the condo is a bit outdated but situated in a superb location at the end of soi nana. the area is tranquil, with a few people passing by. the transportation is not as difficult as you might think because the project is near the main road of sukhumvit, just 800 meters away. walking to nana bts takes about 10 minutes, extremely convenient. although the project was completed for a long time, the condition is good. the room i stayed in has three bedrooms at 300 sqm. apart from adequate space for arranging furniture and storing stuff, the open-plan area also makes the entire room airy and comfortable. the staff's service is average. the facilities are basic like other condos, such as a pool, a gym, and parking space. the price per square meter is not high compared to other condos in the same area. it's worth the money!
