i used to live here for 2 years and i really loved the area. there are food around the condo and a 7/11. it's only 3 mins walk from the bts. there's a supermarket and restaurants at 101 the third place which is only 7 mins walk. the neighbours are mostly owners so they take good care of the building. highly recommend this condo.

it is a new townhome project that is rare to find in sukhumvit because most projects are condos. the design is modern loft style. the interior is very spacious, thoughtfully divided into various zones, and equipped with sun protection battens to lessen heat reflection into the structure. this project is suitable for people looking for a house in the city's center. it is very convenient to transport as it locates near punnawithi bts station and expressway access points. i like the project that has a small number of units, not focusing on common areas. this project, in my opinion, is a good option if you're looking for a home with a usable area of between 300 and 370 square meters with double space living areas. i think this project meet your need.

i would like everyone to come and see the model house of this project. i think it's a rather new concept that no one has ever done before. it is very suitable for the new normal era because the space in the house can adjust to any function freely. this project has a spacious living area with a high ceiling and is wisely proportioned. plus, there's also a private elevator that will allow you to divide zones for other residents or use it all by yourself. moreover, there is a private swimming pool of good size. in terms of location, it is excellent because it is located in the sukhumvit area. nearby, there is true digital park and punnawithi bts station, so anyone who wants to live near the skytrain station in the sukhumvit area but doesn't want to live in a condo. i recommend you to live here.

this project is still under construction. it is expected to be completed by next year. i had the opportunity to visit their showroom at the open house event. the project has 8 floors with 5 different room types that come with the fantastic concept that will bring nature into your everyday life, which sounds interesting. the common areas are designed to follow the condo's concept, such as the pool, gym, garden, lounge, edutainment space, etc. most importantly, the location is excellent for convenient travel because a skywalk connects to punnawithi bts at the alley entrance offers easy access to many lifestyle centers, such as true digital park, central bangna, and seacon square. recommend for anyone looking for a new condo in the city.

in every way, the project is abundant and complete. there is a very convenient journey from the project via both public and private cars. there is a bts station right next to the project's entrance. you can also take the bus or a motorcycle taxi right in front of the project, and there are many delicious restaurants in this area to choose from. the one i usually go to is hua seng hong, which is right next to the project. personally, i think the project is perfect because it meets all living aspects. there are numerous facilities, all of which are complete and clean. the staff is extremely caring, and the security guards are friendly and helpful. impressed!

i've stayed in bangkok for many years, and i bought the condo for a long-term stay as my friend recommended me to visit this project because it is conveniently located, close to shopping malls and my office. to be honest, i'm impressed and bought a spacious 2-bedroom unit. the room living areas are perfectly proportioned, offering built-in furniture which is very cozy. the price is also considered reasonable, and the facilities are complete. i love the pool, which is so big, and there is an excellent security guard ensuring safety. the project atmosphere is pleasant, filled with trees, where i can get closer to nature. it's a recommended condo for those seeking a place to live in the central city of the phra khanong area.

for the third year in a row, i've purchased a room of this project. it appeals to me greatly. i can tell you it's very homely. i fell in love with it the moment i walked into the room. the project surrounding environment is private. it's peaceful. the room is quite large and much larger than i expected. the function has been completed. a small kitchen corner also clearly separates the living space from the bedroom. the service is excellent, and the staff is also friendly. one more, it's so easy to get around, just a short walk from the bts station.

i was looking for a new condo in the sukhumvit area, which is peaceful and private. then, i came across this project. the website states that condos in the heart of sukhumvit, with a total of 4 buildings, with room sizes ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and are fully furnished. plus, there are also full facilities, especially a very large garden. in addition, the condo also has an olympic size swimming pool, fitness center, and a parking lot. i decided to book a one-bedroom unit at this condo because the price is reasonable. the room layout is spacious. there is a beautiful city view. i'm pleased, but getting around without my car can be a bit difficult because the project is located inside the alley. otherwise, it would help if you walked a bit to take the motorcycle taxi service. for me, there is no such problem, as i have a car. for those who are looking for a new condo in the sukhumvit area. i think this is another interesting option.

i must say that this condo is comfortable, fully furnished. the project atmosphere is shady, and there is also a large swimming pool, but the fitness center doesn't have many types of equipment. in addition, the condo is surrounded by famous department stores, such as emquartier and the emporium. also, on nut bts is a few hundred meters from the condo. it suits my lifestyle very much. unfortunately, the rooms here only have 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom plus to choose from, which are not suitable for living with family.
