mai khao beach is beautiful and has a gorgeous sunset. very good beach to walk on as the sand is so soft. it is close to turtle village and many of the resorts are on this beach.

this is a fabulous beach to relax. as its a marine national park, no commercial activity is allowed on the beach, and its absolutely clean with pristine sand. you often see baby crabs crawling out of the sand and getting into the water. this is one of our favourite locations in the world. mai khao is a beautiful 7-mile beach that is usually deserted. the sea can be a little rough for swimming and the sand can be hard to walk on, but this dramatic beachfront with forest backdrop is our idea of heaven. its a great place for a walk or run. its a best place in the whole phuket.

the project name is what so surprising!, and is located in bangjo area, known as the peaceful area, as well as offering a magnificent view. it is also surrounded by mountains. and forest the area is also accessible everywhere and close to bang maruan river park where i usually go exercising and leisure in the evening. also, it is close to blue tree, the large water park, and a newly opened robinson lifestyle thalang. besides, the project provides a communal garden area, cafe, meeting room, yoga room, sauna, and many other facilities. and the villa ranges from 2-4 bedrooms. in general, it’s a nice place with beautiful rooftop garden and private pool, while also worth investing and ideal for large and small families.

my family first fell in love with the development when it was almost complete in 2009. we purchased a villa there and have enjoyed many holidays with family and friends over our 13 years of ownership. the villa is in a small village of ten residences, providing a quiet and secure area. the way the pool wraps the living room is fantastic, and jumping into the pool directly from the lounge is a great party piece. entertaining is easy and convenient, either by using the kitchen, which is open to the living area or the built-in bbq grill by the pool. recently we found the villa easy to rent out, and have had several tenants staying for more than a year at a time. there is a very convenient 7/11 convenience store just steps away, and there are a variety of small restaurants and cafes a short walk away. as the development is by laguna, there are many great facilities a short drive, or cycle, away. these include quality international restaurants, villa supermarket, which sells familiar western foods and drinks as well as fresh meat, seafood and vegetables, beach clubs, gyms, five-star hotels, as well as local food stalls and shops. not forgetting, of course, the laguna friday night market, and more local weekend night market. the unspoiled layan beach is only a few km away, where we have had many a walk and swim. layan beach adjoins the more lively bang tao beach, which houses a variety of beach restaurants and clubs.

this project is a new development from wallaya villas. from what i have seen on the project website, i can say that the concept is amazing. the villas are designed in a modern minimalist style blending traditional thai. it looks so beautiful. as for the living area, it is allocated quite wide for the whole family to live comfortably. the living area is 377 square meters, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a swimming pool. the project is located in a quite deep alley. the atmosphere is quite peaceful and close to nature. but in the nearby area, there is a complete range of amenities, as well as the blue tree is only 2 kilometers away.
