my family first fell in love with the development when it was almost complete in 2009. we purchased a villa there and have enjoyed many holidays with family and friends over our 13 years of ownership. the villa is in a small village of ten residences, providing a quiet and secure area. the way the pool wraps the living room is fantastic, and jumping into the pool directly from the lounge is a great party piece. entertaining is easy and convenient, either by using the kitchen, which is open to the living area or the built-in bbq grill by the pool. recently we found the villa easy to rent out, and have had several tenants staying for more than a year at a time. there is a very convenient 7/11 convenience store just steps away, and there are a variety of small restaurants and cafes a short walk away. as the development is by laguna, there are many great facilities a short drive, or cycle, away. these include quality international restaurants, villa supermarket, which sells familiar western foods and drinks as well as fresh meat, seafood and vegetables, beach clubs, gyms, five-star hotels, as well as local food stalls and shops. not forgetting, of course, the laguna friday night market, and more local weekend night market. the unspoiled layan beach is only a few km away, where we have had many a walk and swim. layan beach adjoins the more lively bang tao beach, which houses a variety of beach restaurants and clubs.

i’m a fan of trichada’s project because my boss already bought 2 villas of the trichada tropical and trichada sky. once, trichada breeze is completed, he also considers getting it. the project has a beautiful design with lush green garden and private swimming pool. the villa is spacious and well-ventilation comprising 3-4 bedrooms designed to meet those with large families. the safety system is also excellent, and my boss plans to buy it for renting out because the location is tranquil and pleasant to live in, as well as easy to access to amenities, close to malls, laguna, and layan beach which is in high-demand among expats.

we spent about ten days at this resort . it is a brand new resort overlooking the beach , amazing area with beautiful fully trained staff. we were so much spoiled and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. the food is great and just steps to grocery and beach and night clubs. thank you for having us

this penthouse is amazingly furnished and probably has the best position on the estate. i'd buy it in a flash ... but the stairs. a bargain for a fit couple.

the villa is beautifully modern and unique. it seems to be larger than 350 square meters, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. considering its size, i would call it a mansion. the villa is also decorated with built-in furniture. at the front, there is a swimming pool and a private garden suitable for living in a large family and very livable as the dream home of many people for sure. unfortunately, the facilities are almost nothing except for the security system. yet it is a good place to stay because the location is excellent, close to laguna phuket, porto de phuket and villa market. everything is comfortable.

this project is still under construction and is located in soi pasak 4/1, a good location near boat avenue cherngtalay, blue tree phuket, and layan beach. i will definitely buy this project because it uses only high-quality materials. furthermore, the villa is designed in a stunning oriental style. the villa is a 2-story with 2 to 3 bedrooms, a spacious usable area, and parking space for two cars. the private pool is quite large, surrounded by a lush garden. the project is located in a peaceful environment. it is a great place to live.

the condo is surrounded by all amenities, within walking distance. there is a 7-eleven right in front of the property and various shops and restaurants nearby. moreover, it takes only a 15-minute walk to surin beach. the condo is sitting in a peaceful environment with a lovely swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. my one-bedroom unit comes with thai-style furniture and wifi. there are not many people living here, so it's not crowded, making me feel private. this condo impressed me very much!
