having stayed at this apartment recently, i was very pleased with how clean, spacious and conveniently located the property is. the residence is a wonderful location if staying in phuket, and the apartment itself is beautifully finished with a gorgeous pool. highly recommended!!

we stayed for a long weekend at the end of january and had the best time here. the villa complex is super quiet and relaxing, so we could spend lots of time in the pool and enjoy quiet time with our friends. close to bangor beach and lots of nice food and restaurants and things like that and we could grab easily from many different delicious places fit out was fantastic air-conditioning nice and cool and all modern appliances and comfort you would expect from a villa of this standard. will definitely return again!

we absolutely love this location! unlike other places we tried before — like diamond or sky park — cassia is truly close to everything. it’s right by the beach: you can walk there in minutes or take a short ride by the boat ride across the lake. from our 7th-floor apartment, we could see the sea, the pool, the canal village, and the weekend fire shows — my son loved watching them from the balcony. it’s quiet because we were on the top floor. the pool is large, clean, and chlorine-free — very different from hotel pools. you can go anywhere by shuttle bus, and within a few minutes’ walk there’s a supermarket (tops), pharmacy, restaurants, wine shop, and pizza place and nails salon. everything is nearby, no driving needed — perfect for families with kids, even with a stroller.

my favorite part about this building is the stunning rooftop. thé apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable for longer stay. i liked walking around the lagoon’s neighborhood, how close everything was like shops boat avenue beach and restaurants

as with all banyan tree properties, it comes with great services as a free shuttle bus to all lagoona hotels. there is a foreign supermarket walking distance, a beach with sunbeds and a shower within walking distance, a 50-bath shuttle to the villa market, and a 100-bath shuttle to patong and floresta - centers of fun and tourist life. the planning and design is smart (we have 3 bedrooms). i had to make a slight renovation in 2023, but generally super happy with cassia residence. you have security everywhere and personnel is friendly.

stayed here with my family for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom number. my wife was pleased with the size of the room. it is much bigger than what you can find for the same price in this location. kids were happy to have their own room and even a jacuzzi on the balcony-terrace, where they played most of the time. the infrastructure of the area is great. bangtao beach is in 20 minutes walking distance or a 5 minutes ride on a minibus from laguna gates. boat avenue, where we ate almost every day, is in 5 minutes walking distance. the hotel was not new, but it is very well kept. the family was happy, and i could not hoped for more
